i was given a room upgrade upon arrival. the room offered a good view of the castle. the location was also great for accessing nearby attractions. the staff stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

my room was quite small for the price i paid. the air conditioning did not work properly. it was too warm for me in the room. the windows only opened slightly, so i couldn't get fresh air.

the location proved amazing. it was walking distance from everything i wanted to do. the staff was lovely and very efficient they knew what i needed before i even fully expressed it.

the check-in experience was one of the worst i've had. the male receptionist was arrogant and unprofessional.

the location was great. the view over Princes Street was lovely. it was very clean, so close to everything. it was only a 5 to 10 min walk to all major attractions.

my room was so small i couldn't have both suitcases open at the same time. there was no chair and no desk. the air conditioning and room temperature would turn off randomly.

The absence of readily available drinking water was a downside. I found that this required an additional purchase. The staff was not always helpful. I needed more assistance sometimes.
